I guess I'm lucky because here in the Philippines, we always get hit by storms. It's a normal part of our July-September months. And everytime it gets out of hand and seriously causes damage to our fellowmen, one can always expect to receive unsolicited help. However, we're still not as fortunate as China with regards to their leader. Ours would just go to the calamity area only for publicity.
