A true to life story of undying love.

A twenty nine years old Sarinya Kamsook and her twenty eight years old boyfriend, Chadil Deffy, were set to be married this year. Unfortunately, Sarinya Kamsook died in a car crash, just day before the big event. She was severely injured and still could have been saved with timely medical attention. However, the doctors made her wait for six hours due to an overcrowded ICU. So instead, they planned of transferring her to another hospital. During this time, she succumbed to her injuries and passed away. Deffy then decided to go on with their wedding as planned and married her.

During her funeral in Surin, Thailand, Deffy placed a ring on his deceased bride’s finger. It turned out to be a dual ceremony, a wedding and a funeral. It is very rare event to held these two events at the same time. Maybe one of the world’s most strange events. Can this be considered as truly romantic act or insanely bizarre decision? The man obviously doesn’t care what the world will says. He just simply want to fulfill his promise of true and undying love. Like what they used to say, “Till death do us apart”
