A news report about a baby who fell into the River Thames and died.
Oh my God! The news reported that a baby had drowned in a river somewhere down south in the UK!
The incident happened sometime in August, late afternoon. It was said that the baby girl who was only a few months old was blown into the river by strong winds which were the cause of her death. Her mother and sister were nearby and they had been feeding the ducks. They were devastated at the incident. A man told the news reporter that he was on his boat at the time and had jumped into the river to save the child but he was too late! The mother and sister had also gone plunging into the river but they survived.
The girl was pulled out of the water and taken to Radcliffe Hospital where she died after being clung to life in a critical condition. A spokesman from the hospital said that the girl was showing very fragile signs of life and so the clinical team decided to stop the treatment.
The incident was of natural causes and no one is to blame. Yet, the police are still investigating the incident and they are receiving other reports from witnesses. Most of the area has been cordoned off by the police.
