Good News for All of Us

I guess I live in a fantasy world, but I don’t want to live in the world that I see portrayed around us today. I have stopped looking at the local news because all thats reported is negative. I am tired of hearing about the shootings, murders, stabbings and all other terrible acts perform by men and women today. We are bombarded with negativity every day. Gloom and doom is all we see and hear.

I don’t think that way. I know that if you look for trouble you are bound to find it. But the world seems to want to drown in all its sorrows. What a way to show the next generations how to live and work. No wonder the schools are now dangerous places and the young people are on a downward spiral.

But I have good news for all of us. It is not so bad. Take a look at yourself. I am sure there is someone, somewhere in this world that would trade places with you in one hot minute. They would love to have your problems. We need to be thankful. As a man thinketh, so is he. That is so true. We need to accentuate the positive in our lives today. The naysayers need to be silenced and those of us who think positive need to lead them to a new day and a new time. Let’s hold our heads high and stick our chests out and let the world know that we are about the good things and are ready to lead this world to a great awakening.
