Man Lights Woman on Fire

A woman came home from shopping and spent alot of money so her husband lights her on fire. the man was drunk. He said the reason he lit her on fire was because she spent too much money and needed to be punished. The woman’s daughter quickly called 911 and the husband was arrested. I can not understand why anyone would light anyone on fire as a punishment. That man must have had to be more than just drunk. my guess is that he had a mental illness. Anyways, the man was arrested and charged with domestic violence and more charges.
