There are always a few rumours about Pippa Middleton circulating. It started with the wedding of her sister Kate (now Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge). Soon after her bum got its own Facebook page the rumour that she wore no knickers (aka pants) under the dress as she didn’t want a VPL (visible pantie line) showing started. A supplemental rumour was that Prince Harry (the ginger headed younger brother of the groom Prince William, now Duke of Cambridge) affectionately calls Pippa “Commando” – commando being the term applied (to men usually) who are not wearing undergarments.

Several rumours circulated about Pippa’s future career. These claimed she was about to leave the Events business she has built up and one of them (at least) might materialise in the future – but we’ll have to wait and see. Then there was the rumour about Pippa, Kate and their mother being on the protein rich Dukan Diet and then there were a series of rumours concerning Pippa’s exercise regime (Pilate’s, power yoga, swimming addict). However the rumours about her diet and exercise routine have been spiced up and do not stand up to scrutiny. The fact is that anybody with such a busy lifestyle nobody can stick to a strict diet or exercise regime. hence this rumour which at least seems likely.
