Quite silly.
Police won’t comment on it.
Chip Cafiero (Dressed up as Santa) got a $115 ticket when delivering presents to kids that are less fortunate. According to the report he yelled “HO!HO!HO!” at a traffic agent to try to get her attention to get the SUV to move out of the way because it was parked illegally.
She then gave him the ticket for $115. I think someone was a little to like scrooge.
The police have said nothing about this so far and it is not determined yet whether he will have to face the charges or not.
Martin Golden says that it’s nonsense and thinks the whole thing was pathetic.
