Many teenagers are dying in the streets because of ignorance and lack of communication. When a mother sends her child to school or to visit family they never expect not to see their child alive again.
Parent’s and the world are losing some future doctors, lawyers, teacher’s, athletes, entertainers, or perhaps ministers. Its sad hearing that we are losing so many children to the streets or because someone was filled with ignorant ways. No child deserves to be murdered in the streets because someone wanted to overide the duties of the law. What does it take to stop such behavior? We all know that racism exist but the children are not just being killed by their neighbor, police, doctors but by friends or acquaintances. We must speak and fight for them. They need guidance and the shooter’s need much prayer. We can’t afford to turn our future away. It is time that we come from hiding behind fear and speak our minds. How would you feel if you lost a child?
Times are getting harder and we must understand that it is not easy for teenagers or young adults. Sometimes people are not aware of their character flaws and will say and do some ignorant things. If we see this happening than we have a right to speak out. Many of us want the violence to stop. Children being gunned down in the streets is just horrible. I hate watching the news sometimes because more than likely a child is being gunned down somewhere. It doesn’t matter the color of the skin I’m advocating for all children. They are our future because we are getting older and we need those young people. They could be your future doctor, so it is nothing but right to fight for them. Love them and embrace them. No one deserves to be treated in a negative manner , no one deserves to be gunned down. Please help save our future!

Great article, we need to protect and nourish our children, our future.
We do need to look out for people though I actually tink it’s the parents faults a lot of the time.
People join gangs because they think they are family and look out for them which is entirely not true when it comes to crime. If parents treated their children correctly, there would be no need to join any gangs.

People do not treat the spiritual need of their children. I am not talking about religion. A solid foundation in inner soul makes for a solid whole person.

I agree that many parents loose focus when it comes to their children but this article does not touch base on the gang problem. This article is about the children we are losing to violence and racism. In Florida we are advocating for a 17 year old boy who was shot and killed. The man who shot the young man has not been arrested and many are upset about this.
