I read a sad and disturbing story that I want to share with you. I read that a woman died after giving herself injections. It’s a shame because this tragedy could have been avoided.
The News
A woman named Janet Hardt (63) died after injecting heated beef fat into her face. She died Thursday, September 8, 2011. According to an autopsy, she died of severe abdominal inflammation. The inflammation was caused by a bacterial infection. She had weakened walls in her colon.
According to the police, she didn’t die from the injections in her face. They said that she died of natural causes. A witness said that Hardt injected beef fat in her face just before she died. It was in her face and around her mouth and chin. She did this procedure many times in the past.
When Hardt was found, her face looked terrible. She had a lot scars on her mouth because she did this procedure several times.
Hardt was obsessed with injecting herself with heated beef fat. She would heat the beef, get rid of the fat, and then inject it into her face. She had gone to the hospital because her face was burning from the injections. In addition to the injections, she had cosmetic surgery done to her face.
My Thoughts
This is a tragedy that could have been avoided. It’s a shame that she was so obsessed with beating father time that she went to this extreme to look younger. She was not a celebrity so she didn’t need to have plastic surgery or give herself injections to try to look younger. She shouldn’t have felt pressured to look younger than she was. It’s too bad that she couldn’t learn to grow old gracefully.

I still think cosmetic surgery should only be applied when a person has accident.

very terrible, I always against jabs on the face to look younger, very risky, morever, she was doing it by herself instead of being done by any professional person (though also dangerous).
