A woman has tried to get a twelve year old girl pregnant in order to claim additional benefits from the government.

Let’s face it none of really wants to work, we would all sooner stay at home and get paid for it; Alicia Ann Bouchard (41) from Jackson County decided on a rather despicable way of getting money for nothing.

Bouchard decided that in order to ensure extra income in the family, that her husband Matthew (26) should have sex with a twelve-year-old girl in their household. It has not been revealed if the girl in question is related to either of the Bouchard’s.

The incident came to light after the unnamed girl was put into sheltered accommodation after charges for another unspecified crime were bought against Matthew. In conversation with another minor in the home, the girl told of her ordeal at the hands of Matthew, who had sex with her as Alicia watched.

Matthew when coaxing the girl into the act told her that it would be ok, and that the worst thing that could happen was she could fall pregnant.

Both Bouchard’s admitted when questioned by police that they had deliberately tried to get the girl pregnant in order to generate more income in the house. Both Bouchard’s are being held at Leon County jail, Mrs Bouchard has had bail set at $70,000 and Mr. Bouchard on $25,000; however the other unspecified charge sees him refused bail, so presumably the second charge is considerably more serious.

The next court hearing is due to be held in September.
