Seregon O’Dassey, who stars in the new reality TV series, “Vampire Revealed”, claims to be a real-life vampire. Strange much?

It’s like a real-life version of Interview With the Vampire: just in time for Halloween, actress Seregon O’Dassey, who stars in the new TV series Vampires Revealed, is claiming to be a real-life vampire.

The series, which is available on Comcast On Demand’s Paranormal TV channel, premiered on October 5th. It’s been gaining attention since O’Dassey spoke out in an interview about her life as a true-life vampire. O’Dassey has acted in several independent horror movies, in addition to modeling, but her ‘vampire lifestyle’ is the main reason for her sudden celebrity, and no doubt good publicity to boot for Vampires Revealed.

In the interview, published in Time Out New York, O’Dassey talks about drinking blood, sleeping in a coffin, vampire government, and the East Coast vampire scene. She also says that while the creators of pop-culture vampire pieces like Twlight may mean well, they need to do more research before delving into the world of vampire culture–because vampires are much more normal than one might assume!

Cool? Strange much? Or a well-placed publicity stunt? You decide: read the story for yourself on the Time Out New York website (http://newyork.timeout.com/articles/halloween/79588/interview-with-a-real-vampire), which bills O’Dassey as a ‘modern-day Dracula’.
