Are Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey Getting Back Together?

Apparently the outrage around the world, including mine, on Jessica Simpson’s new curves, and plastering her all over the world in almost every magazine calling Jessica fat may be the best thing that could have happened to her. Her sister Ashlee posted on her blog about her outrage over the media calling her fat which sparked conversations too on television shows saying enough is enough of the skinny woman images that plague our magazines. Before I get to the point of my story. I would like to say I love the new Jessica she is beautiful, glowing, curvaceous and not fat but shouldn’t her cheating boyfriend, Tony Romo a quarterback for the NFL, also stand up and say I love Jessica no matter what her size. No he has not made one single comment in support of her new Australian size 12 curvaceous new figure since this media frenzy that bumped President of the United States, Barack Obama, off the covers of many magazines and placing most of the magazines with the image of her latest appearance at Florida’s local radio station last month singing a couple of songs from her new album .

Instead it’s her ex husband of 3 years, Nick Lachey who told the media that he wished her nothing but the best and that he hopes she is happy in whatever size she is. Apparently Jessica rang Nick straight away thanking him for his support and talked for over an hour on the phone. Since then they have been calling each other back and forth and texting. Nick has even confided in Jessica about his relationship problems with now girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo. Rumour has it that Jessica and Nick are falling for each other all over again and still have feelings for each other. The only thing that stands in their way is Jessica’s father and manager Joe, the reason why their marriage ended in divorce in the first place.

It sure would make for a happy ending to see the two back together. I sure did enjoy the show the Newlyweds, the reality show they did but ended obviously when the marriage ended but it would be nice to see them back together in real life and on screen again. I personally knew who Nick was from his former band 98 Degrees. But until the show Newlyweds I didn’t know who Jessica was but you couldn’t help falling in love with her and the two as a couple, so different in many ways, but still a lovely couple. We will just have to wait and see if Jessica’s wait gain of only 10 kilos will bring the loving couple back together again. I hope so.
