Britney Spears to Work with Tarantino?

As mentioned on the web site DailyMail reportedly Tarantino has approached Spears directly. According to columnist Liz Smith from Variety Britney is one of Tarantino’s first picks for the role of Varla. Some of the other rumored choices for the role are Kim Kardashian or the sexy Eva Mendes.

The movie is centered around three strippers who decide to take a break from their “day job” and seek out some murdering mayhem! If Britney decides to do this film she would allegedly play the lead role of the lesbian stripper Varla.

The strippers in the movie come across a couple in the desert. Varla kills the boyfriend of the female victim with her bare hands. Supposedly Spears will have to engage in some serious lesbian to remake this film. After the lesbian scene the three continue on their bloody rampage.

A source said “Quentin is convinced Britney will be brilliant. She’s delighted. She thinks it could turn her career around. It is perfect Tarantino material. He wanted to get Britney first, she’s playing an important character.”

Spears track record also isn’t the greatest when it comes to acting but she’s got to be better than Kim Kardashian. If you’ve seen her music video for “Gimme More” than you can see for yourself that she already knows how to work the pole. I think it’s in Britney’s best interest to take this job and run with this character. Are people really expecting Britney’s big comeback as the wholesome girl next door we use to love back in the hit me baby one more time days? I think not.

Britney does have acting experience however. She acted in the Mickey Mouse Club and starred in her own movie “Crossroads.” If you want to call that acting but it’s acting nonetheless. In Crossroads she played a young girl on a road trip with friends in desperate search for her birth mother. Her character was the same fresh faced Spears we were used to back then.

If she takes on this new Tarantino role it will be like something no one has seen from her before. She obviously has been rebelling from the old Britney persona everyone was expecting her to be. Why not re-enter the entertainment industry giving a completely different take on herself. We aren’t buying the old Britney anymore anyway.

I think the people are ready for the dark and disturbed Britney. Britney and Quentin please help in the fight to get Britney back! It’s a more honest comeback if anything else.
