You mentioned that laser technology and covering over a tattoo with new ink as two solutions, but how about the new tattoo fade cream products? Some of them work pretty well. Yes they offer varying results, but for some people they work great. Two of the best seem to be from Wrecking Balm and another is Tat b Gone. They are a lot cheaper that the other two choices and painless.
