Christina Aguilera: Yep She Flubbed The Star Spangled Banner

She wasn’t the first nor will she be the last one to do it.  Remember tha thorrid version of the Anthem sung by Rosanne Barr?  How about Carl Lewis?  Well, these are just two to the list of many that have messed up the Anthem.

Before we start the harsh words of about what happened let’s ask ourselves something.  Do you know the words to the Star Spangled Banner?  If you feel you do then go outside and sing it. You may just forget some of the words.

2. If you do indeed know the words ask yourself “Have I ever sang it publicly in front of people by myself?

3. You sang it publicly in front of people all by yourself, so now ask “Have I ever sang it by myself in front of over 60,000 people in Cowboys Stadium?  Not many can say that.

Here are some facts to consider before passing judgement.

Christina Aguilera whether you love or hate her is a professional.  She has performed countless times in front of 10’s of thousand of people.  She has sang the Anthem numerous times since about the age of 7.  Given that do you feel she knows the words?  Yes, of course she does.

The fact that we forget sometimes is that celebrities are human too.  Do I like the fact that she forgot some of the words?  No, I dont like it.  Not in the slightest.  Now, I personally didn’t like the way she sang it.  For me and my taste that left a lot to be desired.

We are human.  I hope we all can rememeber that.  If we want to bash people the one thing we should also do is ask.  “Could I have done it better”.  Maybe, maybe not.
