Is the film “Body of Lies” going to give Leonardo DiCaprio a nod from Oscar critics this time?

Everybody loves Jack Dawson, portrayed by the very talented Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio in the mega hit movie, “Titanic”, and he will always be everybody’s favorite actor.

It was a decade ago, but the phenomenal Leonardo DiCaprio still haunts most movie fanatics. He wasn’t born to be just an actor; he is destined to be a legend. It is a combination of his talent, good looks, heights, dedication on his craft, love of the nature which lead him on a cause-oriented global warming project, great choice of movies and choosing best people around him.

He may not be new in the business, but since Leo, as what he’s popularly known for, always comes up with fresh ideas on his every film made him totally a new package as a performer. A destiny that’s hard to depose by any other actors nowadays.

In his latest film to date, “Body of Lies” teamed him up with equally great actor and academy-winner, Russel Crowe. This time, after a long collaboration with director, Martin Scorcece on his previous films, DiCaprio is having a new, equally talented director with him, Ridley Scott whom Crowe had earlier worked with in his critically-acclaimed film, “Gladiator”.

Now that two superstars are joining force in one destined-to-be hit movie “Body of Lies”, expect a superior acting bout from the two actors. Crowe was almost overheard from the limelight since his last Oscar-nominated film, “a Beautiful Mind” after doing unworthy old-school type of films afterwards. Casting him with DiCaprio is like a saga everybody is waiting for.

It is like waiting on the coming Oscars to who will shine in the acting category department. Is it going to be Leo’s chance to get one after a three defeat in previous nominations? Or will it still be Crowe who has proven he’s worth in the past?
