Patrick Swayze has died aged 57.

Patrick Swayze, has died today, of the Pancreatic cancer.  He was aged just 57, and it will be a great lost to the world.  He was most famous, perhaps, for staring in dirty dancing, where he inspired a whole generation into dance.  He will also be remembered for the beautifully romantic ‘Ghost’ that made many a stern man cry.

Pancreatic Cancer is one of the most virulent cancers, with as little as a 5% survival rate, so Patrick new that his chances were low.  Despite this fact he kept his spirits up, and kept fighting.  He also was continuing to act, starting in the US hit TV show ‘The Beast since’. 

He was an inspiration to us all, and a great Actor.  He will be greatly missed.
