Jackson Memorial Tickets

 About 1.6 million Fans who registered for tickets to Michael Jackson’s memorial service will find out today whether or not they will receive one of the eleven thousand tickets for Tuesday’s ceremony.  The winner’s will be given an exclusive code for the service at the Staples Centre in downtown LA, and will obtain instructions on how to get their tickets at an off-site distribution centre tomorrow. However there is another six thousand five hundred tickets that will be given away for the Nokia Theatre overflow section next door where the memorial will be simulcast on big screens. LA officials are preparing for enormous crowds, with police estimating that anywhere from a quarter-million to seven hundred thousand people may try to reach the arena.The random selection will be completed by a computer after the entries are eliminating any duplicate copies submitted by a self-service entry poll. Only people with a valid ticket and a wristband will receive entry.
