A tribute to a childhood hero.

I can distinctly remember the first time I saw Home Alone. I was in after school daycare, eating chex mix, and bored out of my mind. Then Daycare Lady decided to put a movie on. From that point on, my childhood was never the same. I was enthralled by the intricate traps that little Kevin McCallister created in order to foil Harry and Marv’s plans. That night, I went home and began building traps of my own. My parents weren’t to excited about my new found love of fortifying our home, they were usually on the receiving end of my deviously created contraptions. Culkin’s death is a tragedy, but his legacy will live on forever. The trouble maker is dead, long live the trouble maker.
