Michael Jackson leaves family with a word – father doesn’t get a penny!

According the last will of the singer Michael Jackson, allegedly drawn up in 2002, his lawyer John Branco, the assets should be divided among his mother, his three children and several charities. Michael’s father would seem to not get anything, wrote The Wall Street Journal.

Jackson’s lawyer, according to the document, which contains his last will, informed the court in Los Angles on Thursday. Singer parents the Wall Street Journal told the mail that no similar document have never seen. Michael’s father Joseph, whose and Michael’s relationships had a long-term problems, is not mentioned in the will, stresses the list. Also it does not mention whether the alleged last will contains provisions regarding the care of the Jackson children. As regards them, the court in Los Angels ruled on Monday that they have temporarily entrusted to the care of mother Katherine Jackson.


Along with childcare Katherine is also authorized to dispose with part of the assets of the singer. Next judge is set to 6 July.

The main part of a “huge Jackson” is the property of Sony-ATV Music Publishing Catalog, where the singer had about a half. The company, among other things holds the publishing rights to more than 250 groups of Beatles hits, but also the rights to songs of Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Lady Gaga and group Jonas Brothers. Its estimated price is apparently at least two billion dollars.. And in addition, the autopsy doesn’t know the results yet -
