Michael Jackson leaves family with a word – father doesn’t get a penny!
According the last will of the singer Michael Jackson, allegedly drawn up in 2002, his lawyer John Branco, the assets should be divided among his mother, his three children and several charities. Michael’s father would seem to not get anything, wrote The Wall Street Journal.
Jackson’s lawyer, according to the document, which contains his last will, informed the court in Los Angles on Thursday. Singer parents the Wall Street Journal told the mail that no similar document have never seen. Michael’s father Joseph, whose and Michael’s relationships had a long-term problems, is not mentioned in the will, stresses the list. Also it does not mention whether the alleged last will contains provisions regarding the care of the Jackson children. As regards them, the court in Los Angels ruled on Monday that they have temporarily entrusted to the care of mother Katherine Jackson.
Along with childcare Katherine is also authorized to dispose with part of the assets of the singer. Next judge is set to 6 July.
The main part of a “huge Jackson” is the property of Sony-ATV Music Publishing Catalog, where the singer had about a half. The company, among other things holds the publishing rights to more than 250 groups of Beatles hits, but also the rights to songs of Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Lady Gaga and group Jonas Brothers. Its estimated price is apparently at least two billion dollars.. And in addition, the autopsy doesn’t know the results yet -

I hope Michael Jackson is alive. I would be so happy! He deserved to for once have a normal life. I think the life before the perverted and disgusting and false alligations, life was better for him. He loves his fans so much and us being in admiration of him was just what Michael needed and wanted. Everyone adored him except those who wanted to be him. Jealousy is so ugly! I cry daily over this man. I feel so sad for him, he was such a kind loving man. He became the butt of many jokes, it is so sick! Michael was a sweet loving and kind man, You people who think your jokes are so funny , you make me sick! The hardest part of all of this to stomach is that, if Michael Jackson had known you he would have bee so hurt at what you said about him. I know in my heart if push came to shove and you were cold or hungry, even Michael knowing what the disgusting thins are that you said, he would take the shirt off of his back and give it to you. I know Michael Jacksons spirit well enough to know that. The man ached inside. I think no I know the jerks who said these nasty things, you will have to explain to God why you made these things up. Wow, better think about what you will say now… MONEY!!!! He would have given it to you if you had just asked…. He did not read your screenplay, you horrible people! May God have mercy on your souls. Duh what makes you people better than MccAuly Culkin? He did not touch him, dont you think he would have? You sick group of people. I pray he is alive and well and far away from you bunch of low lifes. It makes me sick, you awful people! He so deserves to be normal. What ever that might be, really no such thing. Everyone has some sort of issues, all of us do… People just would not leave him alone! Poor guy, I listen to his music everday and I cry. I feel so sad for him because he put way more into this world than you people bad mouthed people could ever imagine. In one day Michael Jackson put more kindness into the world than all of you in a lifetime could ever think about. You are all very selfish and hurtful! I pray everday he is alive and having the time of his life, with his kids! I love you so much Michael Jackson always have and always will. I use to just stare at you on t.v. as young as 5 and I thought you were so adorable. I have watched you grow and never once have I ever even imagined that you would be capable of causing harm to anyone. You probabbly never even squashed a bug on purpose! You are amazing!
