A look at the rise and potential fall of Hannah Montana star Miley Ray Cyrus.
Anyone who ever watches television, films or listens to the radio has probably fallen victim to the visual and audio torture of Miley (formerly Destiny Hope) Cyrus, daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus. Thirteen year olds love her, parents are cried to into buying her merchandise of every size, price and type. And now, like every other teen or Disney-raised star, she’s stirring up trouble. People says she’s just being herself or as her annoying song “See You Again” states, she’s just being Miley! Well, I’ve had enough.
Let’s look at Miley’s timeline!
Nov 23 1992 – Destiny Hope Cyrus is Born.
Oct 24 2006 – Hannah Montana soundtrack released. (Gross sales: 3,835,000 copies)
Jun 26 2007 – Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus soundtrack released. (Gross sales: 1,386,000 copies)
Oct 16 2007 – Jan 31 2008 – North American “Best of Both Worlds” Tour. (Gross revenue: 36 million)
Nov 14 2007 – MileyWorld (fan club) sued over unavailability of concert tickets to paying fan club members.
Dec 03 2007 – Miley gets “frisky” with a Jonas brother on stage at a concert.
Dec 27 2007 – Photos arise on the Internet of Miley participating in a faux-lesbian photoshoot with a girlfriend.
Jan 25 2008 – Photos arise on the internet of Miley showing off her body, PG-13 photos at least.
Jan 29 2008 – Hannah Montana 2: Non-Stop Dance Party cd released (Gross sales: 220,000 copies)
Feb 01 2008 – Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Film released into theatres in 3D (Gross revenue: 69.2 million)
Feb 13 2008 – Controversy begins over Miley and Billy not wearing seat-belts in the BOBW film..
Mar 11 2008 – Hanna Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert album released (Gross sales: 300,000 copies)
Mar 28 2008 – Cyrus files to trademark “Miley” for merchandise.
Apr 21 2008 – Miley makes the “virgin until marriage” vow in public. The same day, slightly racy photos of Miley and a teen male are released onto the internet. Another photo shows Miley alone showing off a green bra she is wearing.
Apr 27 2008 – Fans get a peek of Cyrus’ topless Vanity Fair picture on ET.
Apr 28 2008 – Miley is embarrassed, apologizes for Vanity Fair photo.
May 02 2008 – Miley is removed from red carpet event by Disney.
May 01 2009 – Release date of the Hannah Montana film.
How long until Miley gets impregnated, drunk or goes to rehab? Perhaps she’ll have a Vegas wedding with two or more of the Jonas Brothers.

Oh please, the girls at my school would say that Miley Cyrus is too afraid to take a risk. Their photos were much racier than hers!
Good article! Miley Cyrus is impossibly untalented, but honestly I don\’t think she\’s unattractive. And many girls and women take racy pictures of themselves, and I think that\’s okay as long as you get rid of them laterj, and as long as they\’re for your eyes only. But to leek them onto the internet is just beyond me.

Some bossy father Miley’s father is; it is because Vicki Lawrence is somewhat worse than Billy Ray Cyrus.i would rather stick to that crazy singer who sang something about a mullet, his “achy breaky heart”, and some other songs if I can think of one.
