A recent announcement leaves hearts across the globe broken as Kevin Jonas is engaged.

There are only two available Jonas brothers left. It was reported in an exclusive by People Magazine that Kevin Jonas is engaged to hairdresser Danielle Deleasa. Kevin got down on his knee and presented a ring that he designed.

The couple met while on vacation in the Bahamas. A wedding date has not been set as of yet. Kevin (21), and Danielle (22) met 2 years ago. When they met, Danielle reported not knowing who the Jonas Brothers were.

The Jonas Brothers have been performing since 2005 selling over 8 million albums worldwide. Their albums include It’s About Time, Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer and their latest Lines, Vines and Trying Times. They have warmed girls hearts across the globe and will break girls hearts with this recent announcement. They also have played a big role on Disney Channel with Camp Rock and now with their own show called Jonas.

As a parent of teenage girls I heard first hand of the engagement. They met the Jonas Brothers at a meet and greet in Clifton Park, New York. We also had the privilege of listening to their music at local concerts.

There are still two Jonas Brothers that are not engaged 19 year old Joe and 16 year old Nick Jonas. So girls across the globe can continue to dream about these heart throbs.
