Once again, murder is the outcome and freedom the payoff. Justice is indeed many times blind.
Another Mexican immigrant has died a cruel death at the hands of another Caucasian in America, this time in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. According to news reports Brandon Piekarsky and Derrick Donchak were acquitted of murdering Luis Ramirez, a Mexican immigrant whose path chanced to cross one night.
Both men were found guilty of lesser charges including assault and providing alcohol to minors. Although, they threw a flurry of racial slurs at Ramirez, neither was found guilty of racial intimidation by the Schuylkill County Judge.

The article at CNN did not bother to ascertain the age of this Mexican immigrant or include any details but was certain to depict the culprits as innocent teens, with one having played football in high school once upon a time. It is any wonder that these youths were not simply branded heroes for ridding this country of one more Mexican immigrant. At a time when President Obama preaches change, some things never change. The question of justice goes unheard once again.

As long as there is evil in the world, there will be INjustice. Good article. These points need to be exposed so that people will get a clearer picture, of the reality.
Excuse me: but having an FBI member of our family I have facts to support who murders and rapes and violates USA law.
Please refer to FBI statistics and race upon race.
Until then: aiding and abetting I L L E G A L S is against the law and is sedition against the United States of America.
This is not Latin America, nor Central America nor Mexico.
If it were Mexico: you would be laughed at.
Sticks and stones may brake my bones, but names never hurt me.
Grow up.
Stop the PROPAGANDA

For stopusgiveaway You have absolutely no clue as to right and wrong. I have law officials and attorneys and people in almost every profession in my family and we all have grown up enough to know that what was perpetrated on this individual was WRONG. If you cannot understand that. . . then you understand nothing at all.
