It was special because the mother was too young to give birth and had been in labor almost two full days. First came the pieces of legs and then the body followed by the head. It was smelly and gruesome. The lady doctor fussed at the man who brought her to the clinic and he was upset at the cost. She lived and all went well after no excessive bleeding or infection due to antibiotics. It took her about four months to recover. She has become the proud mother of many since then. Once a pregnancy has begun, the fetus is mostly tissue and water for the first 40 days. After that it must continue to grow in order to survive.
