Why the each woman should make the choice, and a rare view on abortion today.
Abortion involves three parties: a child, a woman and God. Abortion does not involve a Democrat or Republican Party, or a pope, or your neighbor or especially you! A woman who has an abortion deals with whatever feelings arise afterwards on her own, so it is up to her whether or not she gets the procedure because it is solely her that has to deal with whatever problems arise later. If a woman is to feel guilt she will feel it on her own and the problem will be between her and God, not between her and a senator in Washington. It is ok to have an opinion on the procedure itself, but each woman should have a legal choice if the time comes to make a decision on an abortion.
A grim, but maybe necessary view on the matter of abortion is: Currently the world is beginning to get overcrowded which has negatively affected not only the human lifestyle but the planet too. Most aborted babies seem to be ones that would not have much of a chance in life to begin with, i.e. drug babies and or moms far too young to be a parent. So as for the moment in history abortions should be available, not encouraged by any means, for such as instances as mentioned above. A grim view on an already grim subject.

Very good article.
A VERY “Progressive” view, Overpopulation will ruin the planet so encourage abortions (the majority of which come from the poor). Why not encourage Adoption, there are MANY families that cannot conceive yet would LOVE to have a child. Currently the costs of envitro, or adopting a foreign baby are insane. Abortion should be only allowed in cases of Rape, Incest, or in the case of the mother being in danger. Not for population control or because the mother doesn’t want it or was irresponsible. The Abortion topic is all about Personal Responsability, republicans believe that people that dont want a child should A, not have sex, or 2, use birth contol. Parents should take the responsibility to educate their children. Our Country shouldnt be the country of taking the easy way out, sometimes life is hard, but we as humans “learn from our mistakes” and use that to Teach others the consequences.
