Did the United States of America really land on the moon, or was it just a hoax?

A poll in 1999 found that 6% of Americans believed the moon landing was faked. One test I saw was on the television show Mythbusters. The hosts, Adam, and Jamie test myths, and they dedicated an entire episode to testing the Apollo hoax. They tested the footprints of the astronauts, and found that they could only be recreated inside a vaccume. Another test they performed tested the unparallel shadows in one of the pictures, after they were done with all their tests, they concluded that Apollo 11 did in fact land on the moon, or that NASA did a super good job in faking it.
