This goes over some of the newly found evidence found by the police that are still investigating the case, Charges may be filed.

The Parents of 6-year old Falcon Heene could be facing multiple Federal and misdemeanor charges. Charges could be filed as soon as next week. The sheriff office of Colorado have had search warrants and requisition the entire family, and have collected some evidence leading this case that may lead to being a hoax. The police also believe that the kids were also fully aware of the kids being part of the plan. No charges will be filed on the children of the family.

The plan was believed to be planed for two week’s, to promote a reality television show. Some of the evidence show’s that the parents both took acting classes and that’s how they meet. Since this might prove the whole thing “was done for a show” as Falcon said on a show. The police also question the child was in the attic.

A former co-worker of the father of Falcon Heene (Richard Heene) said that he believed that this was done for a show and was no accident of any sort. There may also some evidence that there was some domestic violence in the past, and the police are trying to get more information on this matter. They have also tried to get Miss Heene to a safe house, but she refused to go.

The space craft looking balloon was found to be held together with duck tape and rope with the bottom of the balloon with particle board and sheet metal. The craft was believed to hold the weight of the child which is in fact true, but there would be no possible way for the craft to take off. Since the balloon with the combined weight of the child would of put the craft 18 pounds over the weight.

The credentials of the father Richard was found out to be only a High School diploma. Which the police are wondering why the family would set out projects of this sort with out the right educations and credentials to do so. If files are charged ageist the family the cost of the search will be charged to the parents as-well. No full cost of the search has not been added since the police believed this to be the real deal.

If this continues on the case could take up to three years to complete, which the local police hopes does not take that long. I’ll try to keep this story up to date.
