China: The New America

The new catch phrase that should wake everyone up from his or her foreign dreams. How can we be proud to be an American and not own anything made in America? Some people today are such hypocrites. The next time you are out I want you to pay attention to what the foreigners are driving and I bet you won’t see one driving an American car but we are so quick to buy a foreign car. Don’t get me wrong because some things are impossible to get American made and it’s becoming even harder to find the few things that we do make and this is a prime example of why we should support US more. I’ve never understood why we fight wars and buy things that build other countries instead of building and making our homes, our lives, and our families more secure. In actuality, while others were saying “God Bless America” I was saying “God Bless the Whole World” and maybe that way other country’s blessings would allow them to buy American made because we sure are not buying American. Honestly, how do we expect others to buy a product that we do not back ourselves? I have always been against a lot of what the government does and people in general. For one, I’ve never understood why we spend so much money on wars that don’t benefit us?

For two, we are so quick to send money to other countries during disaster but leave our own people to fend for themselves during disasters. Like the war in Iraq, we became involved in a mess based on lies by our sorry ex-president. This war has killed so many of our people for no reason. No way am I belittling the deaths of our soldiers because I am grateful for all that they do, I’m just saying they didn’t risk their lives to save this country. The soldiers died for a country that doesn’t even want us their. I have nothing against the branches of service or war but the journey should benefit the U.S. and I cannot see where this war has benefited us but I can see how it has hindered us. We have spent so much on this war and we have lost so many of our soldiers and in the end what will be our benefit? We need to stop talking about “America” and start being about “America”. We should be our top supporters and we need to take back what is ours unless you like the title “China, The new America”?
