My ideas on how to create jobs for America.

For a government to create jobs is less complicated than it is made out to look. For example, cutting a tax by 0.2 % could put 100 million dollars into the economy, which creates jobs. Or building a new bridge, school or hospital would employ thousands in a local area. But when over a trillion dollars is wasted it helps to make things look harder than they actually are.

Since Obama has been in office, he has tripled the deficit, raised taxes, and is using development money for more welfare hand-outs for people who don’t deserve it. Which doesn’t create jobs; it creates a lazy, uneducated, and a worthless populous. Typical for a liberal Democrat like Barack Obama or Joe Biden. That is why the economy and the budget have gotten worse since he’s been in office. With no end in sight.

For a local Mayor or Governor, creating some jobs would be easier than you would think. Tax cuts or simple infrastructure improvements would be a good place to start. But things like building new industrial yards is a great way. Or zoning new commercial or residential areas. (“If you build it they will come.”) Well, if you build it, they will buy it.

And funding for economic advancements would be simple, too. Each state has millions of unsold acres of property that can be put on the market. Example, if my state of Nevada needed money for a new industrial yard, the governor could sell land to banks, real estate companies or private buyers for some extra cash. And, whoever buys land would have to pay a yearly tax on it, which could fund future projects and necessities.

Building new energy sources also creates jobs. If you wanted to line a highway with windmills, that would create jobs for the people building them, the people selling them to the state, and lower people’s energy bills. (Giving them more money to spend in the economy) financing economic developments is even possible in a recession. Not to mention you could always host a fundraising party.
