A serious look at the need to bring back the exile penalty and the lash of the whip penalty for those who have thrown their rights to be called Australian fully away.

I don’t even know how to contain myself at this time when I consider what I have been witnessing these past few weeks.

What I have been witnessing these past few weeks, is the most wicked behaviour in the hearts of others who call them selves Australian. For example, where I live, I am sharing a large house with some Asian students, plus another Australia man. This Australian man how ever is a an Alcoholic, and is literally dieing before my very eyes. I shall come back to this story shortly. And then there has been the television viewing of the Aussie Rules football games where one player king hits another player, during the game and expects to get away with it without going to prison for it.

When I was going to school at Castlemaine in Victoria, school bullies used to do that sort of thing and were finally expelled from school for such bad behaviour. When I was in the Army an off duty military policeman king hit a friend of mine late at night from behind, out of the shadows of a recessed door way, and he was sent flying out cold with one hit and when I tried to object he tried to do the same to me; only I lasted a bit longer; although my friend had only a swollen jaw to show for his hit, I ended up in hospital with a broken nose, two busted eye sockets, nearly lost the sight of my right eye, fractured jaw, split lips, loose teeth, bruising all over my body from where he had been hitting me and kicking me, and had to have my ribs wrapped up for a month just incase.

The shop owner out side of which the fight was occurring had called the police, but I was not aware of it, and this man had been caught and it turned out that he was a military policeman. He was charged and found guilty and sent to five years in military prison, and then dishonorably discharged. My friend Ray and I were just seventeen at that time and had only just finished recruit training as well.

And people in the twenties to seventies who did that in restaurants and else where were also going to prison as well. But of recent times it seems that our legal and judicial services and courts don’t won’t to send people to prison anymore for such willful bad behaviour, nor do they want to bring back the lash either. What a pity.

Even more recently though, as of last night, Wednesday the 16th of April, I was on the train on the way home from our local church as we had had a special function on; that as the train reached Clifton Hill on the Epping line, a very tall young man (6′4” about seventeen to twenty)), and his young girl friend (about thirteen-seventeen), were in a very bad mood and they got on the train at Clifton hill, and they came into the first carriage of the three carriage train and sat down in the last set of seating at the back of that carriage;

I was in the seating just in front of them (I am 5′ 8” tall and fifty six years of age, and had went through a double hernia operation the previous Wednesday, so I was still in a lot of pain), and at my back in the same seating as they had begun to sit in was a young Pakistani man minding his own business;

Soon enough this tall young man began baiting this young Pakistani man and began pushing him with his hips and elbow and say “Hay you shit, move over, I can’t even sit on this seat good enough,” and he kept it up, and began to nudge him with his hips again and began swearing at him and calling him a black C…….and filthy bastard, and C……… and everything else you would expect to from such a bastard of a young man. Then the young man finally got scared enough to say to him “Listen you, leave me alone and be quiet, and stop talking to me like that” It was all this young man needed..he was off again…Listen you ………..I’ll bit your bloody nose off in a minute and I’m going to punch your f…….lights out now, and I’m not going to wait for you to begin….and so on, and he did bite the young Pakistani’s finger, and that was it for me.

I got up and moved away from them and waited till the train pulled up at the next station and went quickly to the train driver and told him what was going on and thank God for that because at that station were five other ticket inspectors and they were called over to investigate the matter…as I explained what was going on, I also explained that the young girl was also involved in this mess, as she had often said to the young Pakistani “Listen you, if you don’t shut the f….up I’ll come over there and punch you myself” and so on.

So they got the young man off of the train but the young girl pretended to be innocent “hey, I don’t know what’s going on, I’m just sitting here minding my own business, just so as I can get home….then she said Look you lot, I have had enough trouble tonight as twenty young women had bashed me up just two hours ago and I need to get home…and so on. Then she went on to call out to other passengers in the train “Hey you can ask any of these others…hey I didn’t do nothing wrong here right?”

well guess what ten voices came back at her “Yes you did, your as bad as your mate is.” Well that shut her up, but she refused to get off of the train, even when the inspectors had ordered her off, for another five minutes. Then the police were called and then she had to get off under arrest. After they had been taken away, I sat down with this young Pakistani man and apologized to him for those two pieces of white trash saying “They don’t even deserve to be called Australian, and they ought to be kicked out of Australia permanently and put some place in the middle of Africa by them selves.” He thanked me and I gave him my contact details just in case he wanted to press further charges against those two pieces of white trash.

But back at my place and what happened there last weekend; This bloke who lives there as well has a bad brother, who loves crashing and bashing where ever he goes (as a chronic alky eventually ends up doing).

And yet he looks at his younger bothers episodes and life (for he is the same type, except for he is also the crashing and bashing type of alcoholic), and say to me, I’m not that bad. When I get that bad then I know I have a problem with the booze: I expect to wake up one morning soon and realize that this bloke has drunk himself to death, and the stench of a decaying body will wake me up to that fact. No thank you.

Anyway, the other thing is, is that his brother used to live in this place before I did, and he was thrown out for his bad behaviour and fighting and scaring of every one. And he is not allowed onto the property at any time according to the owners; but of recent times he has been coming on to the property and drinking with his brother who lives here. And his brother is too scared to say anything to him and won’t escort him off of the property. And I had been given full authority by the owners – which states that if this younger brother ever comes on to the property that he is to be ordered off of the property and never to return or the police will be called. Well this time I had had enough of warning this bloke who lives here as well, about not letting his brother onto the property, and then I faced his brother as of last Sunday night just after I had gotten back from our Sabbath days evening Church service. And ordered him off of the property – he just laughed at me, and said “I’ll not doing anything about this, at the moment, as its not worth it” but any one could tell what he was truly saying and implying, and I called the police and after fifteen minutes they had not arrived, although they told me they were on their way from Northcote Police station, and had one small stop to make on the way to my place.

Eventually the two brothers left after half an hour, in the older brothers car, and ten minutes later the older brother came back, with out him, but just one minute later the younger brother and trouble maker walked back on to the property, and began drinking with his brother again, and I called the police emergency again, and in just five minutes they came. In between times the owner had arrived (an elderly Chinese man), and I had told him what was going on, and he went to this younger brother, and this man told lie after lie, and it was obvious that the old man was not going to say anything else, let alone order him off of the property. The next thing I knew was that the old man had gone home again with out speaking to me about every thing. So I was left to my own devices and had to wait for the police to arrive. When they did, they got two conflicting reports and told me “Well sir, there seems to be a bit of a grey area here and we cannot remove him from the property; but, if you get a fully authorized note from the owners and keep it with you at all times, then the next time, we will take him with us;

but for now we have told him to finish his drink and then to leave with out making a fuss with anyone else.” I tried to argue the point, but I could see that it was no good at all. They just did not want to do anything about it (maybe they were scared of this tall young man (about 5′ 10” tall and medium build, and about thirty years of age)? Who can say. I was certainly upset about all of this, as I was in shape to be in any kind of a fight. And these two brothers and one other man (a neighbor from down the road – who also loves the booze as well) drank on for another two hours. Every one including me had to live in fear until this white trash left. What has happened to how they should tick up for their very code and motto – and the rights of us just people – Uphold The Right?

And over the past twenty years I have been given true witness accounts of Asian women being lured into a false sense of security, for cheap accommodation for Asian women and then with in a night or two of being there the man has bashed them and raped them and scared them to death in the middle of the night, to keep quiet or else they will die. And one woman’s report was of how her drunken old father had come back in to her life, and had raped her while she was in bed asleep. And another report of young boys and girls who were sodomized and led into prostitution and lesbianism and homosexuality and also by their family members and other friends and even by an uncle and aunty.

The enormity of these things sickens me to my very soul; I am so upset about all of these things, that I really want the Police and the Law Reform Body of Victoria and all over Australia, to bring back The Exile Penalty (with a good set of twenty lashes of the whip for good measure), for all of these types of low lives who think they have the right to still be called Australian, when in fact they don’t deserve it at all. For their hands, hearts and souls, are full of the blood of those whose lives and futures they sought to keep and use and abuse as their own.
