A doctor sexually abused three women during operation while they were on anesthesia.

A doctor was charged for engaging in sexual activity thrice without consent after he was found using the hands of female patients to perform obscene acts on himself after administering anesthesia to them during abortion procedures. The case was filed on the basis of the testimony given by three women who claimed that they were sexually abused by an anesthetist during their abortions.  According to the testimony, all three patients were given a partial anesthesia and were unaware of their surroundings when the alleged incidents took place.

According to the prosecutor, a nurse witnessed the first incident who saw the doctor picking up the patient’s hand and putting it below the level of the bed during the operation. She noticed his arm moving up and down and also saw the doctor partially undressed when he put the woman’s hand back on her stomach. He told the Court that the next two alleged incidents were witnessed on the same day by another member of staff.  It is alleged that the witness saw the doctor putting the fingers of one woman inside his opened trousers. He claimed that he saw the doctor performing a similar act while the patient lay sedated. The doctor was arrested after the medical staff raised the alarm.

It’s the need of the day to punish those who exploit others in the name of doing their duties.
