Health Care

Ah health care, one of the biggest subjects being discussed lately. Where ever you go you hear people arguing about it, whether it should be free, remain the same, be paid by the individual, etc. I am getting sick of everyone arguing over it. The way I see it, this is a free market, laissez faire, the government shouldn’t be interfering. Besides, we will be better off without them. Health care should have to be individually paid.
Now I know there are two sides to this. If the health care is paid individually, then those with less money won’t get the care they need, and without this care people will die. Well…that’s the idea… If you can’t work to survive, then you basically don’t “deserve” to survive. It’s survival of the fittest, what our economy is based off of.

I feel the same way about food stamps. The government shouldn’t have to help you pay for your own damn food. Get up off your lazy ass and WORK! Oh I’m sorry, I forgot about the disabled…how silly of me. Well if you really can’t find a job you can do then I am sorry, you should be left to your fate. But I am sure anyone can find a job. Stephen Hawking, he has ALS and is almost completely paralyzed, yet he is still a contributing part of society. So there is a use for everyone, no help should be given free to anyone no matter what.

Do we really want people who are completely useless in our society? Let them die off, let the strong survive. With only strong people, we will have a strong society.
