Pelosi’s Carter-backed stupidity with regard to her visit to Syria.

In 2007, the Democrat party won control of the congress. Against the wishes of then-US president George W. Bush, Nancy Pelosi had “peace” talks with Syria’s terrorist dictator Bashar Al-Assad.

Syria still wants to expand to all of “Greater Syria.” To the Syrian regime, Lebanon is part of greater Syria. During its terrorist occupation of Lebanon, Syria persecuted the Lebanese Christians. Syria may have supported the Christian fighters in the very beginning, but switched to persecuting them very soon afterwards. Syria supported the radical Islamists and PLO in their war on the Lebanese Christians during the Lebanese civil war. It may be true that after the peacekeepers helped the PLO evacuate when Israel started to enter Lebanon to defend their country form PLO terrorism and to liberate the Lebanese Christians, that the Syrian regime didn’t let the PLO reestablish itself. However, Syria still supported the Iranian proxy terrorist group Hezbollah. Hezbollah supported the Syrian occupiers.

The Syrian regime supports Hezbollah and Hamas, as well as the insurgents in Iraq and plays a role in subverting the early democracy in Iraq. Syria also has an alliance with Iran against Israel, America and the spread of freedom and democracy into the Middle East.

Yet Nancy Pelosi, being the common incompetent Chaimberlain liberal, decided to make a trip to Syria in an attempt for “peace.” The Assad regime is a Nazi-like regime. It’s a Fascist Arab dictatorship. The Syrian regime is from the Baath party, which the History Channel documentary “Saddam and the Third Reich” said “was modeled directly on the Nazis.” The Baath party was one of the Fascist parties in the Arab world that got totalitarian aspects from the Nazis and collaborated with the Nazis in WWII.

Syria’s occupation of Lebanon was one of the most brutal terrorist occupations in world history. It was an example of the terrorist nature of the Assad regime whom Pelosi was legitimizing.

Syria is also an oppressive state that arrests and kills their opponents. Bashar Assad is really like a Nazi and just as much as a bloodthirsty killer as Saddam Hussein was.

Syria is also a major supporter of the genocidal terrorist struggle against Israel by supporting Hamas and Hezbollah. Because of Syria’s support for Hezbollah, Hezbollah supported the Syrian occupiers. Both Syria and Hezbollah seek the destruction of Israel.

Syria is also one of the powers that attempts to subvert Iraq’s early democracy, as well as supporting the insurgents in Iraq and has an alliance with Iran against America, Israel and the spread of freedom in the Middle East.

Yet Nancy Pelosi sought to make “peace” with the Bashar Assad regime. It’s clear that Assad had no plan to give up his expansionist aims, nor his support for terrorism. He had no plan to stop subverting Iraq’s democracy and no plan to recognize Israel’s right to exist. Ending support for Hamas and Hezbollah was not part of his agenda.

Pelosi didn’t even have the power for diplomacy. That rests in the executive branch of the US. While going to Syria, she made another stupid mistake. She wore the Islamic head scarf all over Syria. It gives support to Islamists at the expense of all those in the Middle East who fight for women’s rights and for democratic reforms.

In Syria, she did two stupid things in one, legitimate the terrorist regime in Syria and unknowingly support the Islamists at the expense of the democratic reformers by wearing the Islamic head scarf.

Guess what? Pelosi’s visit to Syria was praised by America’s most incompetent President Jimmy Carter, who currently puts a human face on Hamas and whose policies, while president, helped the Sandinista Communists impose their brutal dictatorship in Nicaragua and Ayatollah Khomeini set up his brutal dictatorship on Iran. He also failed at rescuing US embassy workers held hostage by Khomeini’s Iran. Now, Carter is a spokesman for the Pallywood propaganda machine and wrote an anti-Israel hate book called “Palestine: Peace, not Apartheid.”
