Jesse Jackson is in the News Again?

Should we come down hard on Jesse Jackson because of the word that was spoken about Obama?

It has been circulating throughout the media, newspaper and

the cruel words spoken by Jesse Jackson about Senator Barack Obama, a candidate for the Democratic Presidential nomination. Yes it’s a bad predicament for Jesse to be in. This will have a negative affect on his credibility, career and his ministry.

Jesse Jackson made a mistake. True we can’t let everything in our minds come out of our mouth. If all of us would be honest, there are some crazy thoughts that roll around in our minds. We must discipline the crazy thoughts that come to us, because if we meditate on them they will move from thoughts to actions. We must cast down such thoughts. How do you cast down a thought? Good question, I know it has been said to talk to yourself is a symptom of insanity, but I beg to differ sometimes you need to talk to yourself to keep yourself from losing it. One of the greatest Kings in the History of Israel had to talk to himself after his entire family was kidnapped. It was said he encouraged himself. To cast down a negative thought is to replace it with a positive thought. We can not judge Jesse only pray for him, because many of us are not that much different. The only difference between us and him is he was busted before all America. I’m not saying he was right, no not at all. To slander a person is immoral and cruel, but what is the difference between one who slanders and was caught and the other who slanders and did not get caught.

So what I would say to Jesse, is get up my brother and live and seek to do the right thing.
