Largest dairy products producer of the world.

Dairy products have become expensive now with many artificial flavorings and brands indulging into chocolates and pastry business. In countries like New Zealand raising cattle is most common and sheep are the main and important cattle reared in this nation.

According to the statistics the ration of sheep is more compared to humans and while there are around 3 million people in New Zealand there is around 57 million of sheep population.

Each year more than 800 pounds of meat per person is produced and is almost twice compared to any other country. While consumption of meat is also high in this nation and export business is also in full swing it is not at all surprising that it is the largest producer of dairy products as well as wool producer. More than 10% of the wool produced in the world also comes from New Zealand.
