Logan Alexander’s Newswipe

Michael Jackson’s Funeral Service occurred and it was an everlasting event which drew in hundreds of thousands of people to listen to a musically enhanced religious sermon which was depressing in excess but when i die it would be nice to go out like he did.

Sarah Palin- She stepped down! possibly the best news from the week.  Many news sources say she plans on either running or assisting the republican party in the next election but the same sources 9/10 said it was  a horrible choice for her career and the party as a whole, this even includes fox news!

The war with/against Afghanistan seems to be getting a varied news coverage,  a lot of sources saying its nothing new for the area which is true but just a dumb comment to make, its like saying oh that kids fat lets give him more food so he gets fatter.  The nation seems to be improving but the Taliban and a flourishing opium trade are not helping at all.

It’s a little old but we should all know about the Iran elections by now and how they were obviously rigged denying people out of there electoral right.  Our problem with this is that we are most likely getting into another war, this one with Iran to fight the injustice  but no one wants a war where we loose lives, but it seems like it will have to be done.

Chinese President Hu Jintao canceled plans to attend a summit  in Italy, instead returning home to address ethnic violence raking northwestern China which i find to be a great thing that he did ethnically but the only reports are from government approved sources right now.

In other news a group of investigators testing the federal security recently snuck in a dissembled bomb, reassembled it and set it there without the feds removing it. This is just horrible >.< the bomb was of course disarmed but the fact the investigative team got to do this without the feds noticing is shocking and makes me really doubt this nation.

Obama of the week!

He stressed the importance of Iran (see above) and this pushes me further to the fact that war is coming
