David Ennis/ Shearing, confessed that he had murdered 6 members of a British Columbian family 26 years ago was denied parole.

The family was camping at Wells Gray Park in August 1982 when they were sexually assaulted, shot in the back of the head and then were put in a car which was later set on flames by David Ennis/ Shearing. David was pleaded guilty and on October 22nd was denied parole. The expert source, an RCMP sergeant is “still having nightmares” of when he found the bodies in the car. Eastham, the RCMP sergeant, did a tiring investigation and found that David sexually assaulted the family and when shot them. This was never proven in court. David Ennis/ Shearing was arrested on Tumbler Bridge, in B.C. in November 1983. It is sad to have a family member die, especially murdered. I know because my dog was like family to me, it was born in the same year I was and was like my sister. Real family members would probably hurt more. A few family friends had made a petition not to let David out on parole and it had worked. I support them.
