Marijuana Legalization

Should marijuana be legal, should an American citizen have the right to participate in harmless acts of intoxication? Do you ever get tired of governmental “robots”, saying well it must be bad it’s against the law? Or perhaps an idiotic statement implying that god disdains drugs. Do you ever feel that people who smoke marijuana are criminals, it is a crime! But shall we call The American father or mother who works 40 hours a week. With children to raise, whom smokes pot before going to bed to ensure a good nights sleep.
 
During the past decade, more than 6.5 million Americans have been arrested on marijuana charges, more than the entire combined populations of Alaska, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming. Are these the people who we want in our jails? I think not. Shall we incarcerate the Individual who feels that marijuana is spiritually enhancing and therefore uses it as a spiritual sacrament?
