McCain Political Sign Shooting

Drive down any suburban street these days and you will find lawns with signs displaying the resident’s choice of president. Obama signs, McCain signs, and even the Jesus signs. If you really get down and tally up all the yard signs, you will figure out who will be the next president. I did, and if my calculations are correct, Century 21 is going to be the next president of the United States. ReMax is his vice.

Putting signs in your yard is borderline ridiculous, I know, because I did it myself. It lasted a whole week before it was stolen. Thankfully I didn’t catch the culprit. Had I caught him, I may have done like an Ohio man did earlier this week.

The McCain supporter, Kenneth Rowles claims a couple of teenagers had stolen a sign from him before. He went on to say that he was only shooting warning shots from his .22 caliber rifle at the boys as they sped away in a fan. Police reports indicate that damage was done to the van, a tree, and to one of the boys’ arm.

Rowles is set to be in court on November 4, Election Day. How ironic. Also, if convicted, he would be a felon which would make him ineligible to vote.

Interesting to say the least. The teens have not been charged.

I thought about it for a little while and came to the conclusion of why these teens were stealing the signs in the first place. Maybe they just wanted to redistribute the signs, you know, spread the signs around. I mean, after all, they are probably Obama supporters. Also, if they are Obama supporters, they just helped Obama’s case for gun restriction.

A man shooting at a teenager for stealing a free sign is a classic example of why some people don’t need to have guns. This man shot with a .22 caliber gun at teen for stealing a sign. I would hate to see what he uses if someone tries to break into his house!
