Why Mel Gibson was so quickly condemened by Hollywood

Why does Hollywood allow Just about anything But condemn Mel Gibson so quickly? Does the Jewish Community have control over Hollywood? Is this the first time someone in Hollywood made comments or was drunk in public? Don’t we useally expect this kind of thing from Hollywood types the rich and famous the flambouyant and promiscuois.

So why so quick to jump on the bash Mel bandwagon? If you pay close attention to the news video’s you will see Mel getting his picture with a couple of ladies and then with another lady. You probably won’t recognize the woman Mel was with. They were patrons at the bar not movie stars or politicians or singers or any other famous type. They were ordinary everyday people like you and me. Mel looked like he was enjoying himself and that is what really upset Hollywood. The Idea that big movie stars could actually go out in public and have a good time. the Idea that they are not Gods to be held in awe. Mel broke the cardinal rule of Hollywood ( Exclude the public).

I once read an article about another star. In the article the star had said that he goes to town at night so he won’t be mobbed. Since I live in the same town. I wondered does he think he is the center of our lives. Does he really think that everyone is just waiting to get a look at him. Or do big stars actually avoid the public so that when they are seen there will be mobs. After all they publish there public appearence’s ahead of time so that more people will show up.

Could a movie star hold a conversatioon with you or me one on one. What would happen if John was seen just haveing a chat with someone in a grocery store. People might start to think that he’s just a guy. Just like you and me. And the image makers would be out of mega bucks. Hollywood is mad and they are’nt going to take it. So Barbara say’s boycot Mel’s Movie’s.

Mel should learn from his mistakes. And maybe consider not getting drunk in public. The apology was a good thing. The Comment’s were disgusting. But I would be hard pressed to believe that Mel Gibson is really an antisemite. More likey a little upset that the Jewish community proteseted his Movie. As For Hollywood becoming the moral conscious of the world I don’t think so. And everytime some one in hollywood say’s boycot you can figure the dollar signs are tumbling.

Seeing Mel Gibson in a bar with real people just makes me like the guy that much more. He isnt stuck up and doesnt see himself as better than everyone else. And I can respect that. So if you see Mel in a bar have fun and don’t let him get drunk.
