Is the King of Pop getting too much attention? He gave us a lot, but what about our soldiers?

Michael Jackson, The King of Pop, was an amazing and talented person who gave us a lot. We should appreciate that, but are we appreciating it too much? What about the soldiers in Iraq & Afghanistan? Our soldiers are getting killed, but there is hardly ever any news coverage. The soldiers sacrifice themselves so we can have freedom. They sacrifice themselves so the people in Iraq & Afghanistan can have freedom… yet they die… and it seems that nobody back in the US or UK cares. They are almost completely ignored by the media. This is rather sad… considering that these people died so others wouldn’t have to. I’m not saying Michael Jackson shouldn’t get attention, or that he shouldn’t be mourned. I’m only saying that it may be too much. I want to know what you think.
