Obama and The Supreme Court

BO’s Supreme Court nominee has said the Second Amendment doesn’t apply to individuals. I ask the question: If not, then in her mind, does the First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth and for that matter, half of the Tenth?
Is someone who would throw away any portion of the Bill of Rights fit to set on a bench anywhere? My answer is no. She has said that a Hispanic woman has a better perspective as a judge than a white man. If I were to say that about a white man all of liberal hell would be unleashed. And there is a connection between liberalism and hell. Please tell me how either is better because I don’t know? Her statement simply disqualifies her.
The answer to both of these is simple. The radical left which includes these snobs has an agenda. They want us under their jack boot like the slaves of the USSR and the people of Nazi Germany. Taking away our rights and making us like Europe are the first steps.
Let’s talk of Europe. Most of our ancestors left there because of the oppression. If this were so great why did they leave? Some of the worst miscarriages of justice in the Americas were carried out in the Salem Witch Trials. These were the last trials in the Colonies under British law where there was no presumption of innocence. So much for individual rights under European law!
The big problem with BO and MO and most of the snob liberals is simple. They are ashamed of American Greatness. They are so ashamed they want to pull it down. They have failed to see that impact to them personally!
Many of them live in luxury, living off the poor! Let’s face it, Ed Asner, Ophra, Michael Douglass, Michael Moore and the other Hollywood ilk didn’t get rich on contributions or money from the rich left wing snobs. Ophra and Asner got rich on money from advertising low cost consumer items that the poor buy 95% of. Douglass and Moore got rich off of tickets to movies they made and some of the same advertising. Much of this money came from poor people! These people have grown rich exploiting the poor. Their money ultimately came from markups on products. Are they ashamed of their wealth? If not they should be.
I could add to the list many of the sports figures, Vick, Simpson, Cassius Clay, and the like. A significant amount of their money came from advertising cars and alcohol. With the older ones like Simpson a significant amount came from advertising cigarettes.
And these people call the coal and oil people dirty!

You’ve hit the nail on the head with this article. If I recall correctly, the main purpose of the Bill of Rights was to protect the rights of the individual. After the failure of the Articles of Confederation, many people feared that the Constitution might allow the government to be too overbearing. Some states even refused to ratify the Constitution unless a Bill of Rights was added. (Furthermore, the firearms are the “people’s liberty’s teeth,” as George Washington put it. Without the 2nd amendment, the only people with guns would be criminals…)
That is also a very good point you make about how some of our famous figures got rich. I’d never thought of it that way, but now that you mention it, it seems to fit rather well… and they say we’re the ones who don’t care about the poor!
I’ve bookmarked your article on the electoral college and hope to get around to it soon.
Keep up the good work!
Thank you. I am a rather simple guy, I only write what is blatantly obvious.
