Who are these figures helping forge American policy unbeholden to anyone but President Obama?
No president in American history has utilized the power of the Czar to such great extent as Obama. These figures within the Obama White House who work without Congressional review or oversight, and answer only to the President himself. For a man elected upon, among other things, a platform of accountability and transparency to the American people, the vast number of White House czars is in blatant opposition to that oft-repeated Obama campaign promise, resulting in the most politically secretive and potentially abusive White House since the days of Nixon.
So just who are these people anyway? At last count, Obama has given positions to 32 czars. Here is but a biographical sample of some of these individuals…
Carol Browner: Climate Czar
Browner’s credentials include her affiliation with a socialist group that calls for “global governance”. Brown also has close ties to the former Clinton administration and Al Gore’s Alliance for Climate Protection. When asked about her ties to a socialist organization that consistently repudiates United States policies, the Obama White House indicated it was not a problem.
Van Jones: Green Jobs Czar
In a White House full of interesting and consistently anti-American characters, Van Jones ranks among the most extreme. Jones was arrested in 1999 for his participation in the WTO riots in Seattle. It was during his time in jail Jones has stated he formed his core beliefs, a radical mix of a communist-socialist-green society.
Nancy DeParle: Health Care Czar
DeParle represents yet another example of the now long-standing Obama hypocrisy. Among the most significant DC health industry lobbyists in recent years, DeParle has made millions helping forge alliances between the health care industry and the DC political elite. After promising the American people his would be an administration free of lobbyists, Obama appointed one to head up his attempts at health care reform.
John Holdren: Science Czar
A devout believer in strict population controls, Holden co-authored a book in the 1970’s advocating, among other things, forced sterilization, and a “planetary regime” that would be in charge of doling out the earth’s resources.
Cass Sunstein: Information and Regulatory Czar
It is somewhat unclear how Sunstein’s actual experience lends him applicability as the information czar of the United States – a post which inherently grants Sunstein far-reaching powers over both industry and the individual. What is more clear is Sunstein’s advocation of what he terms a governmental “chilling effect” against “false information”. Sunstein feels such information is a threat to democracy, and as such, needs to be dealt with. The Internet ranks among Sunstein’s highest concerns as a potential threat to democracy. Van Jones was arrested in the Rodney King riots. Check your facts!!
Very good post…and your facts are correct. Van Jones was arrested during the Rodney King riots, and there in jail is where he got with the thugs and together they developed S.T,O.R.M among other radical groups. It was in August of that year he proclaimed to be a Communist. His website has been scrubbed, however, I am certain we will read more about Mr. Jones as he continues to further his attempt to destroy our freedom.
Usually, a hardcore-Left regime that seizes power by democratic means use a “transition” cabinet composed of half-palatable members not that leftists so not to alarm the population. However, gradually, the regime starts replacing the least leftists in the “transition” cabinet with hardcore-Left elements until the “transition” cabinet is entirely hardcore-Left, that is, the “definitive” cabinet. At that point, the regime has morphed from one with appearances of not being that leftist to a hardcore-Left one; the “transition” has consummated. The quick study that the hardcore Left is, they learned from the experience of Chile’s Salvador Allende who was overthrown in the middle of transitioning his regime from a democratic-socialist one to a Marxist-Leninist (i.e., Bolshevik) one. That explains objectively why Obama named his “definitive” cabinet by means of his array of czars working as a “shadow” or “parallel” cabinet, leaving his U.S. Senate consented to mostly window dressing; he doesn’t want to risk that We the People fully realize who he in reality is and manacle him ideologically and politically. People must understand, once and for all, that Obama is a Marxist-Leninist, not of course of the raw Marxist-Leninist current known also as Bolshevism. No, Obama is not a Bolshevik at all as his teenage mentor, Frank Davis Marshall was; Obama belongs to a buffed current of Marxism-Leninism known by the deceptively chosen misnomer of “Western Marxism”, the hardcore-Left school of thought to which the likes of Saul Alinsky and his real-life disciple, Hillary Clinton, belong (download Hillary’s fawningly adulatory graduation thesis on Alinsky from http://www.gopublius.com/HCT/HillaryClintonThesis.pdf). Aside some philosophy pirouetting to put a face of rationality on Marxism-Leninism by heavyweight “Western Marxism” thinkers like those in the Frankfurt School, and others like, for example, Antonio Negri, Karl Korsch, Jean-Paul Sartre, Louis Althusser, Bertolt Brecht, Georg Lukács, and Nicos Poulantzas– the bottom-line difference between Bolshevism and “Western Marxism” is that the latter divested itself off the systemic and systematic terror and violence that the former uses to gain access to the top of political power and to remain there. “Western Marxism” rather uses the instruments of democracy to gradually, incrementally adopt reforms that eventually will lead to socialism, and latter, communism. The process is catalyzed or at least made smoother by, per “Western Marxism” giant Antonio Gramsci (1891 – 1937) snatching from the Right what he referred to as the instruments of societal heart and mind conditioning that the Right employs to usher the masses in support of free-entrepreneurism (i.e., capitalism) and what he named “Cultural Hegemony”. Once in the hands of the Left, those instruments of societal mind and heart conditioning are put to work for the Left. Some call the maneuver “Hegemony Inversion”. Gramsci identified as the main instruments of societal mind and heart conditioning the following ones: a well established political party, academia, the media, the intelligentsia, entertainment and the arts, and religion. Needless is to say that the well established political party that “Western Marxism” took over is the Democrat Party. “Western Marxism” has taken over a good portion of the Catholic Church via the Marxist-Leninist based “Theology of Liberation”. Thus, Bolshevism and “Western Marxism” are exactly the same except for the terror-violence factor. It should be understood that both, Bolshevism (raw Marxism-Leninism) and “Western Marxism”, seek and deem socialism as a mere steppingstone towards communism. It should be understood as well, that what died along with the monumental collapse of the Soviet Empire was Bolshevism, and not communism. Communism is an ideal in the ill mind of many, and ideals do not die. However, much the same as the mammals not only survived but also mushroomed upon the catastrophe that caused the disappearance of the dinosaurs, “Western Marxism” survived the and mushroomed upon the collapse of the Soviet Empire, which caused the practical disappearance of Bolshevism. All this is the prism through which Obama and his “shadow” cabinet must be seen.
