A stimulus package.

This is an ideal that I came up with and would like to share it with others to see what they think.

This is my stimulus package:

$1,200 for every American spreed out over 4 quarters, $300 each quarter.

The money would be placed on a ATM card and could ONLY Be USED ON COMMERCE, NO CASH.

This would give the economy a shot in the arm every 3 months, allowing people to get the goods and services that they need and keeping companies from filing bankruptcy and having to lay people off.   I think that if we had done this the first time, everyone would have had a better Christmas season, and it would have run in conjunction with tax time to give the economy a bigger shot in the arm.
