I might be in the minority but that me. What the world coming to when juries are paying people money for smokingcigarettes or cigars. R. J. Reynolds or Phillip Morris or any other maker didn’t push anyone into smoking. They can advertise in magazines, bill boards, etc. and it still remains they didn’t push grownups to pick a cigarette in their hands. Complaints by experts doctors, lawyers it’s addictive. Well what not addictive.
When some started as teenagers. Who do they sue? There friends, why not? They probably got it from them. Who their parents? They probably if not given to them. Stole them from their parents? So when do we start holding adults responsible for the mistakes they making. Are criminal going to start blaming television(It get accuse already)for stealing anything?Cause they saw it on the tube. Tobacco companies shouldn’t be blame for our irresponsibility’s in life.
Hershey or all candies companies. You been warned by these stupid jury decisions to be on the lookout. You’re next in line for a ridiculous lawsuit. Dentist testify your product contributed to the children cavity or illness.
BLAM! you’re hit will a candy lawsuit. All because you don’t have people taking responsibilty today for anything.
Except those lawyers you see living it up off representing you. And they enjoying representing. It seems the jurist have sympathy for adult stupidity in judgement.
