As I lay in front of the TV tonight, hooked on CNN, I could not help but feel anger, sadness and fear for the people in Mumbai.

The news anchor covering footage in the targeted city started to weep as she recalled the events of this weeks terrorist attack. I pulled out my computer, and the first page on my CNN homepage that appeared had a headline stating that subways in towns across America are being targeted by Al Quaida.

When will this nonsense end, and when will be able to feel safe in this chaotic war filled world. More importantly, how will our future families and children be brought up. Will they fear everyone that is not white? Will they fear anyone who looks Middle-Eastern? Will we tell them what we know, or will we try to protect them by not telling them the fear that we face everyday?
