The Anti-sanity Trial

One of the worst decisions that the US Attorney General Eric Holder made was to put Khalid Sheikh Muhammad on trial in NYC. Khalid Sheikh Muhammad is a well-known Al Qaeda terrorist who is the master mind of the 9/11 attacks and who took part in other ruthless terrorist attacks.

First off, President Obama stated that no one would be upset once this terrorist filthbag gets executed. What does that mean? Isn’t it the case that in a trial, there is a change that someone could be found innocent? I’m not advocating for letting him go. On the contrary, I would fiercely denounce it as a deadly decision.

Also, it would give legitimacy to the Jihadist indictments of America. It would put the heroes who defended this country and who prevented other terrorist attacks on trial. The interrogation techniques used at Guantanamo Bay weren’t beautiful. The techniques were effective and justified. Also, it would essentially give a forum for this terrorist filthbag to denounce our great nation and to accuse America of intentionally killing and torturing innocent civilians and to portray himself as the victim. It would allow this terrorist to denounce America for its alleged torture and killings. It’s already bad enough that Islamo-Fascists already have a lot [if not most or all] control of the Arab media, TV and textbooks and that they spew their poisonous propaganda to recruit more Muslims into their ranks. Now, this trial would give a forum for a leading Jihadist terrorist to denounce America. It would essentially put America on trial for defending itself and the free world.

It’s clear that the kind of society that Islamo-Fascists like him are fighting for are the antithesis of democracy. The kind of society they seek to impose on the world are Islamo-Fascist caliphates, where non-Muslims and women would be treated as second-class citizens, where Homosexuals and those who leave and/or criticize Islam are killed and where Sharia law controls every aspect of life.

When Obama released the memos that showed that America waterboarded terrorists, critics of Obama stated that he was playing politics, since he didn’t release the memos that showed how effective those techniques were.

To be fair, the Mccain campaign and some Conservatives [including me] also did play politics. When it came to bombing Al Qaeda bases in Pakistan, Obama had this to say:

There are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again. . . . If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won’t act, we will.

Yet the McCain campaign and some Conservatives criticized Obama for making that remark. I’d have to say that I was one of them. At the same time, though I still am a critic of Obama who believes that this country would be better off with Mccain, I have to say that Obama was right to make that remark. I’d have to say that, in that case, we were the ones who were wrong when it came to that. The Pakistani government complained about Obama’s remark. But if they won’t go after the Al Qaeda bases and complain about America doing it, then they’re essentially abetting terrorists. That’s the one time when I’ll apologize to Obama. After all, if it takes to bombing prominent areas within the Arab and Islamic world to defeat Islamo-Fascism, then I think that is a justification enough to do it.

Anyway, the American interrogators are right to use waterboarding and the other techniques. After all, during war time, when you deal with terrorists who want to destroy your civilization, you don’t use the most beautiful means. You use the most effective means. If it takes to waterboarding an Al Qaeda terrorist 100,000 million times to get vital information to stop a deadly terrorist attack that would kill so many men, women and children, I’d say that we should waterboard that terrorist that many times. Compared to what Islamo-Fascists do, like committing terrorism on innocent Muslims and non-Muslims alike, which includes bombings of public places, as well as public beheadings in front of cameras and public beheadings in the streets, what America did to Al Qaeda terrorists is peanuts.

This trial is simply going to show weakness. It would reassure the Jihadists that Allah is helping them to achieve victory. It shows weakness from America. This trial is at least fueled very much by the idiotic mentality that terrorist attacks such as 9/11 are “man made disasters” and that the war on terror are “overseas contingency Operations”. This is exactly the kind of nonsense that the Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano is promoting. She doesn’t realize that Islamo-Fascists including Al Qaeda declared war on America and started committing terrorism. She doesn’t understand that what Al Qaeda does is an act of war.

Khalid Sheikh Muhammad is not even an American citizen. He’s one of the terrorists who is waging war on America. The Al Qaeda manual instructs Al Qaeda terrorists to claim to be abused when sent to trial:

1 . At the beginning of the trial, once more the brothers must insist on proving that torture was inflicted on them by State Security [investigators ]before the judge.

2. Complain [to the court] of mistreatment while in prison.

This is part of a strategy Islamists use against the free world known as lawfare. It is essentially to use international law and laws in the free world to defeat the free world. This technique is used to silence those who criticize Islam and/or who expose Islamo-Fascism and the tyranny widespread in the Arab and Islamic world. It’s used to portray those who don’t believe that the Arab and Muslim world can do no wrong in a bad light.

Al Qaeda terrorists use it to allege to having been abused. And then they get leftist groups like the ACLU [American Civil Liberties Union] to cry for them.

Islamo-Fascism has two factions, which are the violent Jihadists and the cultural jihadists. They both have the same goal, which is to impose Islamo-Fascism down the throats of everybody in this world. Cultural Jihadists use lawfare to achieve this goal. They try to destroy the free world from within. Cultural Jihadists support the violent Jihadists and only denounce them or their terrorism when they are pressured to; that is when they have to do it to pretend to be moderate. That’s why Islamo-Fascist groups like CAIR [Council on American Islamic Relations] would sometimes denounce Al Qaeda, despite having the same global goal, but would still support other Islamo-Fascist terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah.

Lawfare is useful, since it gets many people to believe that Guantanamo Bay is like the Nazi death camps and like the horrible prisons of any other nasty dictator.

Not only did the Obama Administration decide to have this ridiculous trial, but they decided to have it at one of the worst locations; in NYC. So one of the biggest terror targets is where Khalid Sheikh Muhammad is going to be tried; just a few blocks down from where the twin towers stood.

This trial is one of the most vicious assaults on moral clarity, decency, goodness and sanity. It is one of the most despicable assaults on everything good and decent in this world.

The fact is that during war time, before in history, America used military commissions. During the revolutionary American war for independence, military commissions were used. During the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln, now rightly regarded as the hero who freed the African slaves, used military commissions. The Allies used military commissions against the vile Nazis at Nuremberg [though I think that Nuremberg didn't go far enough, since prominent Nazis were able to escape from justice].

This trial is simply a joke and a circus. It would allow a notorious terrorists to tell us [Americans] that we’re the bad guys. As I said, he would be able to make all this anti-American nonsense and claim to be the victim of American “imperialism” and to be defending the Arab and Muslim world from America. It would give this terrorist filthbag the legitimate forum to make this allegation. America and the heroes who defended this country would be on trial. It would be making him even a more prominent guy among the Jihadists. And it would show more weakness from America. This trial could even release classified information that puts Americans, who heroically defended this country, in danger. So this is one of the most disgraceful Chamberlain-like appeasement movements ever made by the leader of the free world. For what this trial essentially does to moral clarity, sanity, decency and goodness is to beat the living crap out of them and then to lynch them on a pole the same way that Palestinian terrorist squads lynch fellow Palestinians, who are suspected of collaborating with Israel, on a pole.
