The Hate-Less Guy

I have really had enough of the Power Hungry, Politicians, who do not have the ability to be monogamous, faithful, or at least, discrete, when they screw over, not only their loved ones, but John Q. Public.

This is not new in society, but enough is enough. They pound their fists on the podium, intolerant with, fill in the blank, Gays, Prostitution, Sin, Intolerance, Infidelity, or whatever.

They walk, as if carried by the Lord, Himself, skimming across the land.  Self-righteous, impatient, and dissagreeable toward others, because of some indiscretion. How easy it is for them, to point their finger toward others, and not see that 3 fingers are pointing back toward themselves.

Prostitution, how immoral! The New York Governor gets involved with a $900.00 an hour Prostitute.

Homosexuality, how immoral! The Congressman gets involved with solicitation in an airport restroom.

Sin, how immoral! The Christian Preachers get involved with Prostitutes, Embezzlement, and Lies.

Adultery, how immoral! The Senators get involved with Staffers, for the thrill of the moment, & without concern for others

Lies, how immoral! The Former Presidential hopeful was less then honest with his wife, those in New Orleans, & the students who depended on his College Scholarships, that were unplugged, recently.

They were all, well most, Pretty Faces. Butter would melt in their mouths. Their demeanor was soft, sweet, and oozed sincerity. OOPS! Were we wrong! Find me an Earnest Borgnine face. (I love Him) Find me a rough, tough, direct, loud, common sense, kind of male Politician. Female Polititions are exempt, since I have found no scandals regarding their private behavior. Find me a man who I feel safe and comfortable with, on the streets of Brooklyn at 2:30 AM.

Give me that rough faced guy, who has dogs, and treats them like Royalty. Give me that competitive guy, who spends time with his aging Mother. Give me that gentle guy who holds a kitten in his huge hands, with apprehension, for fear of imposing pain. Give me that off beat guy, who is tough, direct, and comfortable with himself and tries to make others just as comfortable. Give me that gentle guy who can bend down to talk with children. Give me that humble guy who can bow to another Head of State and not feel subservient. Give me that self assured guy, who, peacefully and calmly swats at a fly, and kills it, without loosing his trane of thought.  Give me that Positive thinking guy who brings hope, reassurance, and sense of pride to others. 

It has been my experience, (and I am very old) that we become what we hate the most! That negative energy, morphs us into adapting the behaviors, attitudes, and thoughts of those we hate.

Give me that guy who shows tolerance, respect, and wisdom, without any hint of hate. I believe he is what we see, he is. Since we don’t see any hate or intolerance, I believe he is what we see.   A Hate-less Guy!
