Do we have a New Deal? The first one was in 1928.

The number twenty eight reminds us of the economic crisis which happened between 1928 and 1929 and which emprovished the United States of America. That is when the New Deal was established.

Today in 1929 the world is experiencing another economic crisis. Without playing with words probably the number nine means something. I German nine is nein so there are grounds that English comes from German and therefore French also comes from German.

So people think that they are unlucky with number nine because it is close to ten especially the students who are marked out of twenty.

In French nine is “neuf” which means new. So it is better to think about a make up. In Rwanda during the preparation for Democracy the word “rusha” was used to mean a new Rwanda. And there is also a town in Tanzania which is Arusha which in Kirundi means better than.
