Dear Readers,

I know it has been a while since I have published any new writings. I have however been doing art work and other stuff as you all may have noticed if you have been to Picable recently.

I have decided to do more artwork in the coming months so be on the lookout for those.

Also, I have decided to bring up the topic of an organization called To Write Love On Her Arms.

The purpose of TWLOHA can be summed up in this article by Poetic Enigma.

I was informed of TWLOHA by Poetic Enigma and find their cause worthwhile.

So, I have decided to show my support.

In other news, I want to express my annoyance with politics in this nation.

I believe John McCain also known as “John McBush” is just a clone of President Bush.

Further, I believe his VP choice of Alaskan Governor Palin, who he met only once,

shows that he rushes into decision-making, and that is not the quality of a Presidential hopeful.

For as long as I have been a writer, I have always strived to be my best.

With that said, I cannot sugarcoat my views, because that would be compromising journalistic integrity. I have decided not to vote in this upcoming election, mainly because this is the 1st election that has already been plagued by threats of assassination being recieved by the two most promising candidates.

What would be the point of voting for a candidate that my sources have informed me has recieved threats? Don’t get me wrong, I believe we do have good candidates, but not long ago I heard about “unknown white substances” being mailed to John McCain’s offices.

What does that say about people’s views on the candidate? I’d say his prospects for being elected are severely marred by a number of circumstances. One article(I believe it was meant as satire, but it had a good point) stated that McCain had “early onset alzheimer’s”.

Given however that the man is 72, I wouldn’t consider it early onset anything and I say the following to spare his feelings and to spare him the hassle that awaits him if elected,

McCain needs to be relaxing at home, not trying his hand at the role of commander in chief.

Even the energizer bunny knows when it’s time for a little R & R. My advice to McCain, go into retirement and live out your “golden years” in peace.
